We just launched a Moonrakers expansion 🌑 and a standalone 🎲 dice rolling game set in the Moonrakers universe 🚀

Moonrollers 🎲 is an entirely new standalone push-your-luck dice game full of familiar faces and themes from the Moonrakers universe. Dark Matter 🌑 is a mini-expansion for Moonrakers that introduces a new gameplay mechanic and risky tradeoffs. Plus, pick up any add-ons you may have missed in the pledge manager.

Both Dark Matter and Moonrollers feature crowdfunding-exclusive holographic collector's editions to match your holographic Titan cards ✨

Titan French & German Editions will ship in Jan 2024

The French and German Titan games have made their journey to the regional warehouses and will be ready for shipments starting in January 2024! To ensure you receive your game, please make sure there is an accurate shipping address in your pledge manager.

Titan Merch, Language Editions, and Mythic Mischief Vol. II Launch!

Moonrakers Titan Merch 

Our Moonrakers merch has finally finished production after multiple delays from the manufacturer for the Moonrakers hats! They are currently being air freighted to our office and once we receive them, we will ship out your orders as soon as possible. Since we are shipping them straight from our office, the delivery times for each package will vary depending on your location. We expect to be able to start shipping your order during the last week of September and you will receive an update when we have finalized those shipments! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill your pledges.

Moonrakers Titan Languages 

Production for Moonrakers Titan Language editions are still underway at the Panda factory and the last things to be made are the plastics. Once those plastics are made, the game will move into assembly later this month. We still plan to ship the 

Titan Language editions together with Fractured Sky, and they will be getting on boats next month! Our target delivery date is January 2024.

Mythic Mischief Vol. II Kickstarter Campaign is live!

The Mythic Mischief Volume II Kickstarter campaign launched on September 12, 2023. 

As a thank you to past supporters, we are giving all returning backers from any of our previous campaigns a set of Howlite Action Tracking Dice with your pledge for the game! We wanna make sure your faction board looks the coolest on the table and you can never really have enough dice in your life. 

Also, if you're an early backer within 48 hours, you get another freebie!

Introducing the limited edition pre-painted Headmaster miniature, exclusive to this campaign. They procrastinate on admin work by training their pet dragon and of course, catching mischievous students. This Headmaster miniature is the new baddie on the board and can be used in place of the Tomekeeper or Groundskeeper. Don't miss out on this grumpy addition to the Mythic Manor family! 

After falling in love with Fractured Sky’s painted minis, we dreamed that Mythic Mischief could get the same wonderful upgrade. We are so happy to be able to offer it on this campaign! All 11 factions will have the option to come machine-painted. If you already own Mythic Mischief, we'll have miniature upgrade kits available too!

Last but not least, one of the most exciting features of this campaign is our newly launched Mythic Mischief mobile beta app for iOS and Android, which will be available for the duration of the entire campaign! English Fulfillment Complete, French & German Update

Hiya! We hope you're successfully enjoying the northern hemisphere summer... and that you are avoiding the heat by staying indoors and playing board games 😊.

Thank you for supporting and trusting us throughout this campaign. We have a passion for making incredibly fun games with exceptional production quality, and the ability to turn that passion into a reality is only possible because of you.

We're extremely proud to have finished fulfillment in less than a year. While there's plenty that didn't go as we'd hoped, including a lot of avoidable customs issues and slower-than-expected fulfillment velocity, we're dedicated to always improving what didn't meet our expectations and solidifying what did.

Fulfillment is complete for English versions!

Fulfillment is complete for English language backers, which means this will be the final regular update! If you backed the English-language version of Titan and haven't received your game or communication about when it might arrive, please reach out to us using the support ticketing form. 

French and German language backers will receive emails directly from the studio with updates about production. We will post at least one update here when fulfillment for French and German versions has begun, but given the relatively smaller number of backers of translated versions, we don't think sending updates to all ~12k backers is the best way to proceed. French and German backers can expect to receive updates from the email address [email protected].

Thank you so much for trusting us with your pledge and we hope that we have over-delivered on your expectations. We love Moonrakers and are so thrilled to see your love for it as well. 

German/French Version Update

All language versions of the game have completed translation and files have been submitted for production. We are now reviewing the files with the manufacturer and will be starting production early in July!

We can't wait to get these on a boat and shipped out to you. Our original delivery estimate was 6 months after delivery of the English versions, and that timeline is still looking likely. We expect German and French versions to begin fulfillment at the end of this year or very early next year. 

Due to the majority of backers on this project being for the English version, we are going to discontinue monthly KS updates that are sent to everyone and instead send you email updates monthly. Please feel free to continue to comment on this update and the main comment thread if you need to discuss things or reach out to us at [email protected] for customer service help.

We will be asking for address updates for your orders before the final shipment.

Asia and ROW Shipments

We're aware of a small number of packages still on their way in Asia and ROW, but feel free to write in if you haven’t received the game or tracking and we can make sure it has been sent out from VFI. You can reach us at support ticketing form for customer service help. If you have already submitted a ticket, please don't submit an additional one.

Did you miss out on an add-on, want to try our other games, or want to pick up a game for a friend? If so, our webstore is back in stock on everything available at retail! At the moment we're only able to ship to the USA, Canada, and most of Europe. We're actively in the process of expanding availability to SEA and AU/NZ.

Weekly Fulfillment Update - May 12th

Fulfillment is now 100% complete in North America, Europe, and AUS/NZ. RoW and Asia are quickly nearing completion. We're almost there!!! 

The team is quickly moving through replacements for all missing or damaged items and we're seeing a lot of success getting packages still in customs released.

If you're in NA, UK/EU, or AUS/NZ and do not have your game or tracking, please submit a support ticket if you haven't already submitted one.

If you're in Asia or RoW, we're seeing a lot of packages being delivered after arriving at VFI hubs last week. We'll keep you updated and let you know when you're at 100% fulfilled.

Weekly Fulfillment Update - May 5th

We have loved seeing your posts on social media, Discord, and the comments section about games arriving. We're so happy you are enjoying the expansions. Keep them coming!

 Translated French & German Language Backers: 

A quick reminder that if your pledge contains any French or German translated items, it is scheduled to deliver 6 months after English fulfillment. We're in the process of reviewing the final translated production files now and are still on-schedule for the 6-month delivery delay.

Fulfillment Update:

North America - We are still on track for all packages to be shipped by May 8th (in just three days!). All shipments should have left their warehouse by that day—and they're still working overtime to make it happen. Shipments will still take time in transit, but all backers should have tracking info by May 8th.

When your package is shipped, you will receive an email to the email address used in your backerkit survey (in rare cases it might end up in spam). Most orders are taking about 1 week from the time they are dispatched until arrival. If you're in the USA, that email will come from UPS or USPS, and if you're in Canada if should be from FedEx.

We will send a 100% fulfilled update next week when it is complete and if you are still missing your order at that time you can submit a request via our customer service form. We are happy to replace all damanged or missing orders and will do so as quickly as possible!

If you are in Canada and were charged a duty at delivery, please submit a request via our customer service form—we will happily refund you. We have confirmed that switching to FedEx fixed the duty issue, so any packages shipped since last week will arrive without duties.

EU Area -  The EU is now at 100% fulfillment for English-language backers. There may still be some packages in transit or stuck in customs, but there are no longer any unshipped EU orders. Many replacement orders have already been fulfilled.

If you were emailed a Parcel Force tracking reference (it should look like: EK086279776GB), you can track your package here.

If you have not received tracking, or if you know that your package is stuck in customs, submit a help ticket. Please, only submit a ticket if you have not already submitted one.

We are able to respond to most help tickets within 48 hours.

UK - The UK is also at 100% fulfillment for English-language backers. There may still be some packages in transit, but there are no longer any unshipped UK EU orders. Most replacement part packages have also been shipped.

As our customer service team has been helping track orders this week, we've found that EVRI tracking is updating for most shipments once it leaves their hub. We're still moving away from EVRI as a carrier, but it should be possible to find tracking updates on the EVRI tracking page if you were emailed the tracking reference (it should look like: H01X5A0302162364).

We are also happy to help you track down a parcel if you have not received your tracking information—submit a help ticket. Please, only submit a ticket if you have not already submitted one.

As a reminder, we are happy to replace damaged or missing packages.

Asia/ROW - Some Asian regions (Singapore) began getting their orders this week! We have begun getting specific regional updates as well that we will continue to share. 

India - Rewards have been shipped to our distribution hub in India. The assigned hub for this country is Vibrant Hobbies LLP - [email protected]. Once a package leaves the VFI warehouse, the normal estimated time of arrival for this hub is 4 to 5 weeks.

Malaysia - Rewards have been shipped to our distribution hub in Malaysia. The assigned hub for this country is Kohii Games - [email protected] - Once a package leaves the VFI warehouse, the normal estimated time of arrival for this hub is 3 to 4 weeks.

Taiwan - Rewards have been shipped to our distribution hub in Taiwan. The assigned hub for this country is Mr. Dexker Games - [email protected] Once a package leaves the VFI warehouse, the normal estimated arrival time for this hub is 1 to 2 weeks.

We will update other regions as VFI sends us info.

AUS/NZ - The AUS and NZ region is 100% fulfilled. There are still a few orders that are waiting for the missing items we've mentioned in previous updates, but please submit a help ticket if you haven't received your shipment if you haven't already.
